SUBJECT: THE SOUTHERN AND CLASSIC ROCK EVENT OF THE DECADE WILL BENEFIT HURRICANE VICTIMS IN FLORIDA AND ALABAMA

This hurricane season has been a tough one for the South, mainly Florida and Alabama. In an effort to help these families rebuild their lives, GRITZ Magazine, Millennium Design and The Rhythm Pigs have put together a benefit for the victims in Florida and the Alabama. A portion of all proceeds will go to the victims in Florida, local Farmers the Zoo, Church and Civic groups who continue to help rebuild, as well as several individual families who lost everything. The Alabama Gulf Coast zoo, which was totally destroyed by Hurricane Ivan, is a non-profit organization with no federal or state funding. We have orchestrated a 3-day event on December 3, 4 and 5 at The Spirit of The Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida. Music will begin on Friday evening at 6 pm, on Saturday at 1 pm and on Sunday at 1 pm. many great performers are lending their talents to insure a one of a kind, historical concert of Southern Rock, Blues, Americana and Classic Rock. Performers scheduled to appear include: Bonnie Bramlett, Bekka Bramlett, Foghat, The Winters Brothers Band, Grinderswitch, Southern Rock Allstars (former members of Blackfoot, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Molly Hatchet), Doc Holiday, Marshall Chapman, Southern Rock Renegades (George McCorkle formerly of Marshall Tucker, Robert Nix and Dean Daughtry formerly of Atlanta Rhythm Section, Jeff Carlisi formerly of 38 Special, Artimus Pyle formerly of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Jimmy Hall formerly of Wet Willie), Denny Walley (of The Magic Band, formerly of Frank Zappa) Michael Buffalo Smith, The Crawlers, The Rhythm Pigs, Saturday Night Special (with Artimus Pyle, and original Honkettes Jo Jo Billingsley, Leslie Hawkins), Alison & Blood Sugar (featuring Hal McCormack and Joe Boogie), Emory Joseph, Old Union,, and Dallas Moore More bands and special guests to be added, as they are confirmed. We are looking for major sponsors, and donations.
